Who We Are!

Ray and Melisa Fowler joined the CubCrafters family this year as the newest Carbon Cub dealer. They both are active A320 Airbus pilots with Delta Air Lines and have a passion for all things that fly. They are both active CFII instructors and enjoy every opportunity to fly with fellow aviators, young or old to be (or become better) tailwheel pilots.

Aside from backcountry flying in Carbon Cubs, both Ray and Melisa are actively involved with multiple flying museums and on any given weekend can be found flying airshows in a variety of different types of historic WWII fighter and bomber aircraft. Ray serves the FAA as a DPE and SAE, Specialty Aircraft Examiner, to help get new warbird owners and pilots qualified and will separate from military service after 28 years as an F-35 pilot in the Air National Guard.
